31 October 2016 the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region early terminated the powers of General Director of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region Evgeny Ushakov. General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev will manage the company starting from 1 November 2016.
Earlier PJSC "Rosseti" decided to introduce single management in IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region. This measure is aimed at improving the operational and financial efficiency of the companies, reducing operating costs and ensuring reliable power supply of all categories of consumers.
Oleg Isaev was born in 1969. He graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute on the specialty "Jurisprudence" and the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of Russian Federation on the specialty "State and municipal management". He is Doctor of Law.
In the period from 1987 to 2008 Oleg Isaev served in various positions in the agencies of military justice, the Federal Service for Special Construction, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was Acting First Deputy General Director of "Russian Technologies — logistics systems" Ltd. In 2009-2010 he worked as Deputy General Director of OJSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company". In 2011 — 2012 he was General Director of State Enterprise ‘Foreign Economic Association ‘TYAZHPROMEXPORT’ (V/O Tyazhpromexport). Since 2012 he has been the head of IDGC of Centre.
Oleg Isaev received state and industry awards, including: "Second Class Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland", Medal "300 Years of Russian Fleet" - 1996; Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" - 1997; Medal "For Meritorious Service of III degree of the All-Russian Research Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs" - 2006; Commemorative medal - "For significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi" - 2014. He is a member of the Council of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC "MOESK", the chairman of the Grid Connection Committee under the Board of Directors of PJSC "MOESK", a member of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors of PJSC "FGC UES".
