13 October 2016 in the Moscow region on the site of Park Hotel "Olympian" a solemn ceremony was hosted that was dedicated to the closing of the seventh season of students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex, which was attended by about 200 students from across the country and young professionals of Rosseti Group of Companies - MOESK, IDGC of Centre.
Among the honoured guests of the closing ceremony of the seventh employment season of students’ construction teams there were Director of the Department of Public Service and Mobilization of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation V.V Smirnov, Deputy Director General – Chief of Staff of PJSC "Rosseti" N.N. Varlamov, Acting Head of the Central Staff of the Youth All-Russian Public Organization "Russian students’ teams" E.S. Krasikov. IDGC of Centre at the event was represented by the office of recruitment and staffing of the company - the head of the office I.V. Kuznetsova and a chief specialist of the office D.B. Chernykh. CEO of the All-Russian Industry Association of Employers of the Power Sector A.V. Zamoskovny and Vice-Chairman of the Public Organization "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz" Y.B. Ofitserov came to congratulate the young people on the end of the season.
Closing the season of students’ construction crews, Nikolai Varlamov noted that the development of the youth movement is one of the priorities of the personnel policy of the group of companies. Since the revival of students’ construction teams in 2009 their number has increased significantly. Nikolai Varlamov thanked the students and congratulated on the end of the employment season and wished success in their studies and hoped to see in the future young professionals in the ranks of the company.
During events of the All-Russian closing of the employment season of students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex the Organizing Committee determined winners of creative contests - photos, videos, articles, wall newspapers, as well as winners of the competition of professional skills and the creative festival, during which the students’ teams did amateur performance.
The closing the season of construction crews was held in the best traditions of students’ festivals. In the cinema and concert hall "Moscow" of Park Hotel "Olympian" party atmosphere prevailed. Leaders of all construction teams were awarded certificates of gratitude and commemorative helmets, and IDGC of Centre - Honorary Diploma for contribution to the development of students’ crews in Russia.
As part of the celebrations the winners of creative contests among students were awarded.
Members of students’ teams of IDGC of Centre took prizes in almost all the contests (except the wall newspaper contest).
So in the photograph contest in the nomination "Time – to business and an hour – to fun" the 3rd place was awarded to Andrey Sychev, a member of the team "Impulse" from the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. Nadezhda Kornilova from the same team was lucky in the article contest, she won the 3rd place.
Members of the team "Impulse" from Belgorod were distinguished in the video contest, they won the 2nd place.
In the creative festival the 2nd went to members of the team "Energet" of a branch of MPEI in Smolensk. Their bright rousing performance caused a storm of emotions among the spectators. Members of the team "Impulse" were again distinguished, taking the 3rd place.
In the competition of professional skills the honorable 2nd place was taken by leaders of students’ teams of IDGC of Centre.
Celebrations on the occasion of the closing of the season were preceded by a rich program - acquaintance with the work of power facilities of a SDC of PJSC "Rosseti", located in the Moscow region, meetings with veterans of the power industry and young specialists of Rosseti Group of Companies, competitions of professional skills, a master class on team building and songs around the campfire.
At the end of the program, 14 October 2016, sports competitions in volleyball and mini football and a sightseeing tour of Moscow were organized for the students. A pleasant surprise was a visit to a match of the Russian Football Championship CSKA-Ufa.

Students’ construction teams of the electric grid complex were created in 2009 at the initiative and with the support of Rosseti Group of Companies and the National Research University "MPEI". For the period of 2010-2016 members of students’ construction crews participated in the construction of 300 energy facilities, including power supply facilities of the Sochi Olympics, the World Student Games in Kazan, the Vostochny cosmodrome, an oil pumping station of the pipeline system Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean, power lines of Kalinin NPP – Gribovo and Boguchanskaya HPP – Ozernaya, power supply facilities of Novovoronezh NPP-2. In the 2016 employment season 81 crews of a total 1.5 thousand students from 85 educational organizations worked at 107 facilities of Rosseti Group of Companies.
