The VI International Forum of Young Industrialists and Power Engineers "Forsage-2016" ended in the Kaluga region. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, its aim is to create conditions for professional development and comprehensive fulfillment of the intellectual potential of young employees of energy and production companies. Employees of IDGC of Centre attended the forum as part of the joint team of PJSC "Rosseti": representatives of the youth personnel reserve of the company and its branches.
The theme of the Forum this year was "Efficiency". Its work was organized in the format of inter-company educational streams: "Energopolis" (energy infrastructure and energy efficiency), "Technopolis" (innovative development), "Production Systems of Russia" (operating efficiency and lean production), "Social Partnership", "International Stream", "Information Flow", "Student Stream", as well as the stream "Future Leaders of the Group of Companies "Rosseti".
Together with the stream "Energopolis" within the stream "Future Leaders of the Group of Companies "Rosseti" representatives of IDGC of Centre took part in activities aimed at professional development of the participating youth personnel reserve, as well as in the strategic session for members of the Youth Council, where plans for 2017 were formed. in addition, the young specialists were involved in joint education, leisure and sporting activities of the forum, within which there were meetings held with the leaders of major corporations, representatives of the Ministry of Energy the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, sports stars and others.
The representatives of IDGC of Centre positively assessed the results of their work at the forum. According to them, such events contribute to expansion of the professional outlook, leadership development, capacity building and professional competences, establishment of inter-company relations with young professionals from other energy companies.
