The Arbitration Court of the North-West District refused the claim of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt" on invalidation of transactions between IDGC of Centre and OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" for the amount over 289 mln RUB

31 May the Arbitration Court of the North-West District under the bankruptcy proceedings of OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" considered the cassation complaint of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt" on the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Tver region dated 23.12.2015 and the resolution of the Fourteenth Court of Appeal dated 09.03.2016 to reject the claim of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt" to invalidate three deals of OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" with IDGC of Centre, JSC by set-off totalling 289,128,992.31 rubles, and application of consequences of invalidity of the transactions. The appeal court left the court decisions of the lower courts without change, and the appeal of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt - without satisfaction.
