Gathering of the Youth of IDGC of Centre began working

In the Tambov region on the site of the sanatorium-resort "Energetic" the Youth Gathering of IDGC of Centre opened. The event, organized annually by the Youth Council, with the support of the primary trade union organization, is aimed at identifying and developing young staff leadership skills, non-standard, individual approach to implementation of ideas. This year the meeting was held in the "School personnel reserve" format, it brought together more than 80 members of the Youth personnel reserve of the Company.

During the opening ceremony Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Vladimir Syschikov had a welcoming speech to participants of the gathering. "For us it is an honour to meet the personnel reserve of the company. IDGC of Centre pays the most serious attention to training of personnel reserve, training and development of young professionals, many of whom, it is possible, will work here in leadership positions, determine how it will operate and develop," stressed the head of the branch.

Advisor to General Director, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre Victor Ablezgov said kind words to the audience. "IDGC of Centre is one of the leaders of the national electric grid complex - and these gained positions are necessary not only to maintain but also to strengthen. We hope that the training will help you generate the necessary skills and knowledge," he stressed.

During two days the young employees of IDGC of Centre will improve their skills and acquire new, necessary competence in the work at training and team building events. In addition, they will visit one of the largest power supply facilities of "Tambovenergo" - 110/35/6 kV substation "Tambov №5".

"School of personnel reserve" will be for the best young professionals of the Company the next step for inclusion in the Youth personnel reserve of the electric grid complex of PJSC "Rosseti".
