In accordance with the agreement between IDGC of Centre and Sevastopolenergo they organize the evaluation of the technical condition and operational readiness of electric grid facilities of Sevastopolenergo providing electricity to priority resort facilities and infrastructure.
To this end, IDGC of Centre will send its specialists to Sevastopolenergo with specialized diagnostic equipment that will diagnose and will provide advice in the technical assessment of the state and availability of electric grid facilities of Sevastopolenergo. In this work the parties noted the expediency of sharing experiences and teaching Sevastopolenergo’s specialists with methods of diagnostics and evaluation of the technical condition of electrical equipment taking into account requirements of normative documents of PJSC "Rossetti".
IDGC of Centre will also ensure creation and availability of mobile crews of the company’s branches to arrive in Sevastopolenergo to participate in activities to prevent and eliminate consequences of potential failures.
In turn, Sevastopolenergo will ensure the provision to IDGC of Centre of a list of electric grid facilities, which supply electricity to priority resort facilities, and provide the safety and inventory of the use and replenishment of reserve equipment and materials in storage at Sevastopolenergo.
The parties discussed issues related to the implementation of the agreement on cooperation in prevention and liquidation of failures at facilities of Sevastopolenergo during the autumn-winter operation period of 2015-2016. The parties noted that in the course of operation through the autumn-winter period of 2015-2016 there were no significant technological failures of power supply recorded, electrical equipment worked steadily, providing the required quality parameters.
Successful operation through the autumn-winter period of 2015-2016 was made possible with the organization of the ongoing efforts to ensure healthy state of emergency energy sources by IDGC of Centre’s staff and the maintenance of a specified schedule of temporary restrictions for consumers, as well as the creation of an emergency stock of equipment and materials on the territory of the city of Sevastopol.
The constant presence on the territory of the city of Sevastopol of additional crews of IDGC of Centre and their performance of repair of reserve power supplies provided reliable power supply of educational institutions and apartment houses of the city of Sevastopol, which further ensured stable and reliable operation of electricity grids of Sevastopolenergo during the autumn-winter operation period of 2015-2016.
