Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich gave General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev a second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland. The award ceremony took place on 22 December within the organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in the Central Exhibition Hall "Manezh" gala evening to celebrate the Power Engineers’ Day. Head of IDGC of Centre was given the state award for achievements in labour, social activities and many years of honest work.
Oleg Isaev has been working in the energy sector since 2009. Since 2012 he has been the head of IDGC of Centre. Under his direct leadership in the industry a number of major energy projects has been implemented, problems of strategic importance have been solved: construction and commissioning of new generation facilities (CHP-2 in Kaliningrad, South CHP-22 in St. Petersburg, Urengoy GRES in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District), as well as high-tech Olympic facilities of the Sochi power grid complex at the time of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games in 2014.
Currently, being the head of IDGC of Centre - a leading Russian electric grid company, Oleg Isaev makes a significant contribution to the energy security of Russia and its reliable power supply in 11 regions with a population of over 13 million people. Thanks to his efforts, a large-scale modernization of the electric grid infrastructure is carried out, which allows to implement in the regions of Central Russia significant infrastructure projects to ensure the ongoing development of the leading sectors of the economy.
Oleg Isaev was given state and industry awards: the medal "300 years of Russian Fleet", the medal "In memory of the 850 anniversary of Moscow", and the medal "For Distinguished Service of degree III of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia".
In 2014 for his great personal contribution to the development of the subjects of the Central Federal District within the service area of IDGC of Centre, Oleg Isaev was awarded the Commendation of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, award pins "For contribution to the construction of Olympic facilities" and "For reliable operation of Olympic power facilities", and a badge of honour "For contribution to the development of the electric grid complex of degree II".
Oleg Isaev is a Doctor of Law, an author of over 30 scientific works, a recognized expert in the Russian Federation in the field of prevention of crimes in the sphere of economic activity.
