The volleyball team of IDGC of Centre won 1st place in the Bronze Series.
The play off of the IV "Energy Cup" in volleyball is one of the most prestigious corporate events of companies in the fuel and energy complex. The tournament was held in mid-November in Moscow in the universal sports complex "CSKA", and was organized by the company "RUSPORTING".
12 teams competed for the victory in the "Energy Cup". The corporate team of IDGC of Centre, formed of representatives of the executive office and the branch "Bryanskenergo", on the basis of preliminary matches entered the Bronze Series. Having confidently outplayed the team of "FGC UES" in the semi-finals, our guys came fought in the most persistent final duel with volleyball players of "Rosenergoatom". The game was equal, every point was not easy to get for the teams, and the cost of failure was high. In the end, IDGC of Centre won this uncompromising battle of will and skill.
"We were preparing very seriously for the "Energy Cup" - same, indeed, for any competition. During it all the guys did their best, showing team spirit and will to win. We are happy that finally we were able to present our company at this tournament. This is our common victory!" stressed the captain of the team of IDGC of Centre, a specialist of the legal provision office of "Bryanskenergo" Pavel Zyatikov.
