IDGC of Centre improves efficiency of diagnostics of electrical equipment and enhances the asset management system

As part of the further development of the production asset management system of IDGC of Centre in Moscow a working meeting of the company’s management with the leadership and technical specialists of CAMLIN was held.

The main questions of the talks were to discuss technical issues related to the start of trial operation by the production staff of IDGC of Centre of diagnostic equipment produced by CAMLIN, namely the on-line monitoring system of power transformers TOTUS and INTEGO, as well as the circuit breaker analyzer PROFILE P3 for express diagnostics of high-voltage switches. At the initial stage IDGC of Centre is planning a pilot operation in the branch of Tambovenergo.

Accurate evaluation of technical condition of electrical equipment is a priority for IDGC of Centre. It is an essential element of the company’s asset management system, developed and implemented in IDGC of Centre. Increasing the reliability of diagnostics of equipment allows the company to more effectively optimize the cost of maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, which in turn will help maintain the reliability of its power grid facilities.

Following the results of the meeting the parties agreed to continue cooperation, and discuss in detail the practical steps for the application of this equipment, as well as using high scientific and technical potential and expertise of CAMLIN in order to increase IDGC of Centre’s production efficiency.
