IDGC of Centre took part in the All-Russian closing ceremony of the sixth employment season of students’ construction crews of the Group of Companies "Rosseti"

Closing the season of construction crews Deputy General Director of PJSC "Rosseti" Nikolay Varlamov noted that the development of the youth movement is one of the priorities of the HR policy of the Group of Companies. For six years since the revival of students’ construction crews, their number has increased significantly. Nikolay Varlamov thanked students and expressed hope in the future to see the young specialists in the ranks of the company.

During the closing event of the All-Russian labour season of students’ construction crews of the electric grid complex the Organizing Committee determined winners of creative competitions - photos, videos, articles, wall newspapers and winners of a creative festival, during which the students’ crews showed creative performances.

The closing ceremony of the season of construction crews was held in the best traditions of students’ festivals. In the Entertainment Centre MPEI there was an atmosphere of celebration. Commanders of all construction crews were awarded letters of gratitude and commemorative helmets. As part of the celebrations the winners of creative competition among students were awarded.

Members of students’ crews of IDGC of Centre took prizes almost (except for the contest of articles) in all competitions.

So the contest of photographs in the nomination "Energy around us" the victory went to Mikhail Seroshtan, a member of the crew "Impulse" from the Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov, the third place was given to Dmitry Shtanko from the crew "Electron" of the Lipetsk State Technical University. In the nomination "We - the country's new energy" the second place went to Vladimir Shumanev from the Belgorod crew "Impulse". In the category "Business - much time, fun - one hour" Mikhail Seroshtan from Belgorod was distinguished again, he got the third place.

Members of the crew "Energet" of a branch of FSBEI HPO NRU MPEI in Smolensk - took the second place in the contest of videos.

In the final performance of students’ crews members of the crew "Impulse" of Belgorodenergo were again distinguished and took the third place. Their bright rousing performance caused a storm of emotions among the spectators.

The event was attended by over 250 people, including about 160 students - representatives of 18 of the best power engineering construction crews from universities-partners of the Group of Companies "Rosseti". Among the honoured guests there were representatives of the Youth All-Russian Public Organization "Russian Students’ Crews" (SHTABSO) - the largest youth organization in the country, Head of the Central Headquarters (Commander) - Mikhail Kiselev and Deputy Head of the Central Headquarters (Commissioner) - Ekaterina Krasikova, as well as players of the football club CSKA, the general sponsor of which is PJSC "Rosseti", Viktor Vasin and Sergey Chepchugov. The athletes congratulated the young people on the end of the season of construction crews and wished them good luck!
