According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Director General of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev for labour achievements, social activities and many years of diligent work was awarded a second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
Oleg Isaev has been working in the energy sector since 2009. Since 2012 he has the head of Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Centre, Joint Stock Company.
Under the leadership of Oleg Isaev IDGC of Centre participates in the implementation in the regions, where the company operates, of major projects related to import substitution, development of industry and agriculture, as well as improving the quality of life of the population.
Oleg Isaev was awarded the industry and government awards: the Medal "300 years of the Russian Fleet" - 1996; the Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" - 1997; the Medal "For Distinguished Service of III degree of the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia" - 2006.
In 2014 for his great personal contribution into the development of electric grid facilities of the subjects of the Central Federal District, within the service area of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev was awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Badge "For contribution to the construction of Olympic facilities", the Badge "For reliable operation of the Olympic power facilities", the Medal "For contribution into the development of electric grid facilities of II degree".
In 2014, according to the decision of the Dissertation Council of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Oleg Isaev was awarded the degree of Doctor of Laws. Oleg Isaev is an author of more than 35 publications in the field of law.
