IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division summed up the work of connection to electric grids for 2014. In the reporting period the branch executed 4,612 grid connection contracts, and the total connected capacity was 172 MW. Total revenue from the sale of grid connection services reached 285.8 million rubles without VAT, which is 135.4% more than the year before.
During the past year Voronezhenergo connected a number of large and important for social and economic development of the region facilities to the grid. In particular, the facilities of "Rosenergoatom": a training centre, which trains staff to work on the construction of the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant and a new residential neighbourhood "North" in Novovoronezh. Maximum grid connected capacity was 16 MW. They also carried out work on grid connection of a fodder plant of LLC "Agroeko-East" in Talovsky district of the Voronezh region with maximum power of 5.1 MW. The construction of the enterprise with its design capacity of up to 230 thousand tons of fodder with a granary of 90 thousand tons is a particularly important investment project included in the Program of socio-economic development of the region.
The Voronezh region is one of the leaders in housing construction in the Central Federal District. Evidence of this is a high share of the total grid connection residential buildings by Voronezhenergo. Last year specialists of the branch connected several large residential complexes to power grids, where a total of about 50 thousand Voronezh residents will live: LLC "DSK-2", LLC "Partner", LLC "Choice" in Kominternovsky district of Voronezh (maximum capacity of the facilities was 9.6 MW, 8.1 MW and 7.1 MW, respectively), as well as OJSC "DSK" in Railway district of the regional centre (1.2 MW).
Providing in the regions where the company operates timely and full connection to the grid of large industrial facilities, housing projects, small and medium-sized businesses, IDGC of Centre - Voronezhenergo division contributes to the creation of new jobs, the implementation of effective housing policies, and as a result makes significant contribution to their socio-economic stability.
