For fruitful work and significant contribution to the electric grid complex development of the Russian Federation General Director of IDGC of Centre Oleg Isaev was awarded the badge of honour "For contribution to the electric grid complex development" of degree II.
The award was presented by General Director of JSC "Russian Grids" Oleg Budargin at a production meeting with heads of industrial, financial, economic, investment and human resource units of IDGC of Centre.
Oleg Y. Isaev was born in 1969. He graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute on the specialty "Jurisprudence" and the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation on the specialty "State and municipal management". He is a candidate of legal sciences. He is a candidate for a doctor’s degree at the All-Russian Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
In the period from 1987 to 2008 Oleg Isaev served in various positions in the agencies of military justice, the Federal Service for Special Construction, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was Acting Deputy General Director of "Russian Technologies - logistics systems" Ltd. In 2009-2010 he worked as Deputy General Director of OJSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company". In 2011 — 2012 he was General Director of State Enterprise ‘Foreign Economic Association ‘TYAZHPROMEXPORT’ (V/O Tyazhpromexport).
Under the leadership of Oleg Y. Isaev the company successfully completed and implemented commissioning of Unit 2 of Ivanovo TPP and Urengoy GRES.
From December 2012 to April 2013 Oleg Y. Isaev was Acting General Director of IDGC of Centre. April 2, 2013 he was appointed General Director of IDGC of Centre.
Oleg Y. Isaev was awarded industry and government awards: Medal "300 years of the Russian fleet" - 1996; Medal "In commemoration of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" - 1997; Medal "For Distinguished Service" of degree III of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - 2006.
