To expedite the restoration of electricity supply in the districts of the Tver region, which suffered greatly from the bad weather, Tverenergo is redeploying its own of forces to the affected areas. Currently, the repair work involves 105 crews, 810 people and 203 special vehicles. All socially significant facilities have been connected. Tverenergo is using 12 power backup sources.
To accelerate the restoration of energy supply in the affected areas more mobile crews from neighbouring branches of IDGC of Centre — Orel, Lipetsk, Smolensk were sent to the region, there are specialists of contractors at work. Resources of the forestry complex enterprises of the Tver region were involved to help the power engineers. With the onset of darkness the work will continue.
Specialists of the branch have constant interaction with the crisis centre of the electric grid complex of JSC «Russian Grids», operational headquarters of IDGC of Centre and the General Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in the Tver region.
