Annual report of IDGC of Centre for 2012 became one of the best, according to the Moscow Stock Exchange

The Moscow Exchange summed up the XVI Annual Report Contest for 2012, which was attended by more than 150 Russian and foreign companies in various sectors of the economy. The Annual report of IDGC of Centre was one of three nominees in the main category of the contest «The best annual report of the company with a market capitalization of 10 to 100 billion rubles» along with OJSC «TransContainer» and OJSC «Acron».

The Contest Commission was represented by experts of NAUFOR, Service for Financial Markets of the Bank of Russia, CJSC «Interfax», CJSC «SKRIN», ZAO «Deloitte & Touche» and other representatives of professional participants of the securities market, professional associations and independent experts.

In accordance with the set criteria the jury assessed annual reports, based on the level of financial disclosure, corporate governance and ownership structure, disclosure of operating performance and sustainable development, as well as additional information disclosure.

For IDGC of Centre this is not the first award in the contest, organized by the Moscow Stock Exchange. Annual reports of the Company for 2009 and 2010 became the best in the category «Best disclosure in the annual report of companies with a market capitalization of 10 to 100 billion rubles», «Best Annual Report of the Central Federal District». The Annual report for the year 2011 was marked by the jury in the category «Best interactive report».
