Management of IDGC of Centre took part in a conference of HSBC Investment Bank

Management of IDGC of Centre took part in the 13th annual investment conference of HSBC Bank — Annual CEEMEA Investor Forum, which was held in London.

The main topics of discussion of IDGC of Centre’s management and the investment community during the conference were such issues as the Company’s financial results in the first half of 2013 under IFRS, the parametres of the adjusted business plan and investment program for 2013, the problem of tariff regulation, the results of activities relating to the functions of a supplier of last resort in 4 regions of the service area, as well as the factors of investment attractiveness of the Company.

The following indicators of the company’s activity were noted as the main factors of its investment attractiveness: growth of revenue for the first six months of 2013 compared to the same period last year under IFRS, the leading position on the size of grid assets among Russian peers, control over more than 84% of the electricity transmission services market as for the revenue in the service area. Other factors of the company’s investment appeal were identified as follows: a stable financial position of the company, confirmed by S&P rating at «BB» outlook «Stable», a high proportion of free float — 25%; a transparent and stable dividend policy, the highest rating of corporate governance among distribution companies — NCGR 7+ and leadership in innovation.

Within the conference five one-on-one meetings were held with representatives of the investment community, representing the largest asset management funds and specializing in investments in emerging markets. The participation of IDGC of Centre’s management in HSBC Investment Bank conference was aimed at expanding the investor base and promptly informing the investment community about the company’s performance.
