The Contact-Centre of JSC “Energy Service Company” (a 100% subsidiary of IDGC of Centre) for the second year in a row is a strong supporter of the idea of holding and participates in the International Week of contact-centres arranged by Association ContactCenterWorld.
The very week was held for the 13th time and included a whole range of activities aimed at promoting the industry of contact-centres. Following the results of the contest Katerina Melyukhanova won in the nomination “Master of the Contact-Centre in the switching service”, and Anastasia Sukhareva won in the nomination “Master in the service “Direct Power Hot Line”. Prize-winners of the contest “Sprinter of the Contact-Centre” was Irina Gostischeva, and in the switching service — Nadezhda Dzekoeva. Olga Sukhacheva was recognized as the best operator-rounder. Natalia Sotnik got the award of the most “star” operator (who scored additional points on call monitoring), Tatiana Lapina was selected as the most customer-centric, Valeria Silina was named the most disciplined among the operators and Natalia Smorodina was recognized as the most active operator.
