Management of IDGC of Centre took part in the conference of Investment Financial Company METROPOL

September 14, 2012 Management of IDGC of Centre took part in the annual conference: Beyond the blue chips: growth and value in Russian equities of Investment Financial Company METROPOL, which was held in Moscow from 13 to 14 September.

During the meetings with the representatives of investment funds Management of IDGC of Centre announced the results of operations in accordance with the published IFRS financial statements for the 1st half of 2012, the results of the investment program and the innovation program implementation for the reporting period, the results of the program of consolidation of grid assets for 6 months 2012, and the forecasts for financial and operating results of the Company for 2012.

The representatives of the investment community welcomed the published statements for 1H 2012 in accordance with IFRS, the parameters achieved through the grid assets consolidation program were noted as the positive aspects — the acquisition in August 2012 of the electric grid of the city of Stary Oskol — the second largest city of the Belgorod region, which allowed to complete for IDGC of Centre the consolidation of the electric grid of the Belgorod region and to achieve the market share of electric energy delivery in the region at more than 98%, while the Company during the deal closure succeeded to get enough low cost of the grid assets acquisition — about 29 thousand RUR per one conditional unit.

Management of IDGC of Centre underlined that the participation in the conference of IFC METROPOL, focused on the issuers of the “second tier”, allows us not only to expand the base of specific investors, but also to build effective communication with current shareholders of the Company, promptly responding to questions from the investment funds, which also maintains information transparency of IDGC of Centre at a high level.
