IDGC of Centre has paid dividends in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the results of operations for 2011

On August 14, 2012 IDGC of Centre has paid dividends on ordinary shares in accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the results of operations for 2011 (Minutes # 01/12 of 20.06.2012) and the Federal Law # 208-FZ, article 42, p. 3, which stipulates that the payment of dividends shall not exceed 60 days from the date of the decision to pay dividends.

The total amount of dividends, approved for payment according to the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2011, was 422 179 414.68 rubles, or 8.1% of net profit under RAS for 2011, the amount of dividends accrued on one common stock, was 0.01 ruble.

The total amount of dividends paid on shares of IDGC of Centre as of 14.08.2012, was 418 208 575.43 rubles, including taxes — 18 737 386.51 rubles. Thus, as of this date the Company has transferred 99.06% of the total amount of dividend payments. The dividends, which have not been transferred to shareholders due to incomplete information in the questionnaires of the registered persons, will be transferred by the Company to shareholders after entering missing information.
