At a meeting of the Board of the Federal Tariff Service (FTS of Russia), May 21, 2012, the decisions were made on the approval of long-term regulation parameters for the six branches of IDGC of Centre, for which the method of return on invested capital (RAB) is used: Orelenergo, Kurskenergo, Yarenergo, Kostromaenergo, Tambovenergo and Smolenskenergo. May 30, 2012 it was decided to approve the long-term regulation parameters for Belgorodenergo.
