Annual Report of IDGC of Centre is the best

March 12, 2012 Journal «EnergyMarket» summed up the VIII contest of annual reports and websites of electric utilities — the final contest, which determines the best annual reports of 2010. IDGC of Centre is recognized as winner in the main nomination «Best Annual Report».

The jury included representatives of state authorities, Nonprofits, journal staff of «EnergyMarket», as well as independent experts. In assessing the members of the contest committee analyzed the reports of energy companies in terms of information disclosure, including information on the incorporation and development of the company, corporate governance, financial activity, and also evaluated the idea and design of the annual report. The first place awarded to the annual report of IDGC of Centre confirmed the Company’s commitment to the principles of open and accountable management. The Company is constantly improving the process of reporting preparation, focusing on international best practices in order to improve the quality of information disclosed to representatives of the investment community and shareholders.

This is not the first award that has been given to the annual report of IDGC of Centre for 2010 — at the end of 2011 the Company won the XIV annual contest of annual reports, organized by ZAO «MICEX» and OJSC «RTS» and was a nominee of the contest «Best Annual Report: non-financial sector» in the contest of annual reports «Expert RA».
