Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division director entered the office

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre by the Order of General Director, Dmitry Gudzhoyan, Roman Tkachenko was appointed as Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre — Belgorodenergo division director. Previously, he headed the Commission on state regulation of prices and tariffs in the Belgorod region.

Roman V. Tkachenko was born on August 6, 1976 in the village of Korenevo of the Kursk region. In 1998 he graduated from Belgorod State Technological Academy of Construction Materials in the specialty «Economics and management at enterprises of the construction materials industry». Upon successful completion of his postgraduate thesis he received his Ph. D. in Economics.

Roman Tkachenko came to the utilities industry in 1999 as Head of sector for tax policy and settlements with the budget of Financial Department of JSC «Belgorodenergo». From 2001 he worked as Head of electricity purchasing department. In 2003 he headed the branch «Energosbyt» of JSC «Belgorodenergo», which was subsequently transformed into OJSC «Belgorod Retail Company». For five years, has successfully managed the enterprise. From 2009 to 2012 he headed the Commission on state regulation of prices and tariffs in the Belgorod region.

He is married and brings two sons up.
