Nikolay Shvets headed the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre

At the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company composed of new members Nikolay Shvets, General Director of IDGC Holding, was elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors; Alexey Perepelkin, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance and Property of IDGC Holding, JSC , was elected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Svetlana Lapinskaya, Head of the division for corporate relations of the Department for Corporate Governance of IDGC of Centre, to the position of Corporate Secretary. 

There were no objections concerning the materials and draft decisions from Vitaly Korolev, the observer – Head of the Electric Power Industry Control Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.
