The leading banks of the Russian Federation: Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Saving Bank of the Russian Federation”, GPB (JSC), JSC “Alpha-Bank”, JSC Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Rosbank”, CJSC “UniCreditBank” participated in the tender procedures which included five lots.
JSC “Alpha-Bank” is pronounced the winner of the tender on purchase of investment credits amounted to 2 bln Rubles of the Interregional distribution grid company of Centre. The Company will steer these funds into new construction and reconstruction of power grids facilities in the regions where it operates.
JSC Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Rosbank” is pronounced the winner of the tender procedures on purchase of credit resources for refinancing of debt on credits and loans and financing of production and economic activity of the Company to the amount of 3,8 bln Rubles of IDGC of Centre.
Credits are raised for 5—7 years. This is a precedent in the Russian crediting market which is indicative of assurance of IDGC of Centre, JSC in sufficiency of tariffs when implementing RAB-regulation in all regions where the Company operates. At this following the results of the held tender procedures the crediting rate reached the level of the pre-crisis year 2007.
