When speaking Sergey Mashchenko, Deputy General Director for Security of IDGC of Centre, JSC summed up the work for 2009 and determined main directions of activity. «For 2010 we consider assurance of antiterrorist protection of the Company power grid complex items and implementation of measures on accounts receivable reduction to be the priority», ― Sergey Mashchenko noted.
Participants of the meeting discussed main areas of information security assurance in new year, methods and organisation of work on accounts receivable reduction, inspection of personnel activity and responsibility strengthening in the field of technological connection, mobilization plan development procedure in branches in case of transfer of the Company to work under war-time conditions.
Igor Solonikov, Deputy General Director – Director of the branch of IDGC of Centre – "Yarenergo", emphasized urgency of the discussed issues in the field of economic and information security assurance for the branch especially under up-to-date economic conditions.
Following the results 2009 total accounts receivable to IDGC of Centre amounts to 5 bln 474 mln Rubles. Debts of consumers lead to the Company current assets deficit. Taking into account that under crisis conditions raising of credit resources in the financial market is extremely unprofitable due to high interest rates, there are risks relating to implementation of either investment, so repair programs in such situation.
