The agreement is extended for 1 year till December 17, 2010 inclusive on conditions of the employment agreement that has been previously concluded.
Evgeny Makarov has been the General Director of the Company since the moment of its establishment on December 17, 2004. Before that he had occupied the post of the General Director of «Belgorodenergo», JSC, he has been working in power engineering industry since 1972.
He is given a number of industrial awards, including the badge of honor «Of Merit for the Russian power engineering», the title «Honorary employee of Fuel and Energy Complex of Ministry of Industry and Energy» as well as the order «Of Merit for Country» of the II Degree.
