The wide range of issues related to building of interactions of grid and sales companies as well as joint complex problem solving in the interests of consumers was discussed at the meeting.
The participants of the conference discussed reports on evolutional concept of target model of electric power and capacity retail market, tariff model, contract model for 2010, on forming of volumes of electric power transmission to residential consumers, liabilities and settlements between the parties. The report of Alexandr Pilyugin, Deputy General Director – Director of the branch “Kurskenergo” of IDGC of Centre, JSC, devoted to necessity to adopt the Regulation on interaction between guaranteed supply companies and IDGC in relation to fulfillment of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 785 and 816 in terms of drawing up and submission of the list of consumers, notification, procedure of introduction of restrictions and termination of restrictions of consumers-nonpayers sparked a lively discussion. The participants of the meeting considered and signed the minutes following the results of the discussions and roundtable meetings.
Vadim Fedorov, Deputy General Director for Grid Services Realization of IDGC of Centre, JSC, remarked: “I believe that we achieved the desired result of the business-conference. Sales companies supported our initiative on dialog building. We managed to discuss many problems, learn motives of decision taking by sales companies, understand and conciliate positions of each other in great number of issues. Working groups for standard regulation, tariff decisions, contract models were established following the meeting with participation of guaranteed supply companies. Together with representatives of sales companies we determined principle ways to solve our problems for the further development and cooperation. I am sure that we will see the first positive results of our interaction even at the next meetings.”
IDGC of Centre, JSC is planning to hold the similar business-conference with participation of guaranteed supply companies and representatives of government authorities.
