Dmitry Olegovich began his professional activity in 1997 as an engineer-economist in “MADI Evrotaks” bureau. Since 2002 and up to the present appointment he had been working in management posts in commercial organizations.
Dmitry Gudzhoyan graduated from International University in 1998 in specialty «economic theory», and he was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Economics, in 1999 — Moscow State Automobile and Road Institute (MARI). In 2002 he completed postgraduate studies of MARI. He is the candidate of science (in Economics).
Sergey Nikolaevich Denisov is appointed as the Head of the Department for Information Technology and Business Applications of IDGC of Centre, JSC.
Sergey Denisov headed the Department for Information Technology and Business Applications of IDGC of Centre, JSC in November 2009. Sergey Denisov will deal with organization of development and support of operation of «Management of information resources and technologies» business-process.
Up to the current appointment Sergey Nikolaevich has held management posts in «Corporate Service Systems», JSC and «Management Company «Energobalans» Ltd.
Sergey Denisov graduated from Belgorod Technological Institute of Building Materials in 1994 (now BSTU named after V.G. Shukhov) in specialty «software of computers and automated systems», he was qualified as a software engineer.
Dmitry Vladimirovich Sklyarov is appointed as the Head of the Department for Integrated Management Systems of IDGC of Centre, JSC.
Since November 2009 Dmitry Sklyarov has headed the Department for Integrated Management Systems that had been formed instead of the abolished Department for the Strategic Management in accordance with the new approved organizational structure of the Company.
Since 2002 Dmitry Sklyarov had been working as a consultant for financial management in «Modern technologies», CJSC. Since 2003 till 2007 he had been holding a number of posts in the Department for Financial Audit of RAO UES of Russia.
In 2007 Dmitry Sklyarov was the Head of the Department for Financial Control and Analysis of IDGC of Centre and North Caucasus, JSC, since 2007 till 2008 he had been the Head of the Department for the Internal Control and Audit of IDGC of Centre, JSC. Up to the present appointment Dmitry Vladimirovich had been working in the audit company KPMG as the manager of the Department of Business-Consulting.
Dmitry Sklyarov graduated from Moscow Power Institute (technical university) (MPI) in 2002, he was qualified as an engineer in specialty «thermal electric stations». In 2007 he graduated from National Economy Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in specialty «finances and credit».
