22 473 applications for technological connection have been forwarded to IDGC of Centre, JSC for nine months of 2009. This is more nearly by 12% than for the same period of 2008. The Company concluded 19 202 contracts for technological connection of the total power more than 466 MW. Number of concluded contracts has increased by 12,6% in comparison with the same period of 2008. The main growth of the indicator has been performed for the account of the increased number of application from individuals.
By the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 334 dated April 21, 2009 new Rules of technological connection to the electric grids in relation to power receiving installations with connecting power up to 100 kW were established. Now legal entities with applications for connecting power up to 15 kW are related to the privilege category with payment for services in the amount of 550 Rubles. And according to new rules at application for the power from 15 kW up to 100 kW, it is provided up to 95% of payment by installment of the amount of the contract for technological connection for three years. Shortage of income from TC planned by the Company in 2009 has resulted in “fallen out” income. It is forecasted that the volume of fallen out income of the Company from the activity on technological connection will amount to 1,7 mln. Rubles in 2009-2010.
All monetary funds received from technological connection are forwarded by the Company for connection of power receiving installations of individuals and legal entities to the electric grids. 32 Client service centres and 22 front-offices of IDGC of Centre, JSC work daily with individuals and legal entities.
