Evgenia Gurova, a specialist of the social relations department of the branch #RossetiCentreLipetskenergo, became a finalist of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition “Trajectory Prize”. Her project “Energy Crews of Lipetskenergo” was included in the list of the best practices of professional self-determination of youth in the Lipetsk region.
For the second year now, Evgenia has been actively cooperating with higher and secondary educational institutions and is engaged in the selection of the most promising students of power engineering specialties to work in construction crews based on Lipetskenergo.
The main motto of the finalist of the regional competition “Usefully Summer!”, because it is during the student summer holidays that Evgenia helps talented youth spend their time as efficiently as possible - gain practical experience for their future profession and learn to work in a team.
In addition to organizing the workdays of students, Evgenia attracts children to various events. So, for example, future power engineers are actively involved in conducting lessons on electrical safety for children in school camps and orphanages, annually organize a bike ride to identify facts of theft of electricity, excursions to the oldest hydroelectric power plants in the region and nuclear power plants in the region, take prizes in the All-Russian competitions of student energy crews.
Based on the results of the regional stage of the competition, Evgenia Gurova’s project was recommended for participation in the final round of the All-Russian competition, the results of which will be known in November 2020.
