Specialists of “Rosseti Centre Lipetskenergo” continue to repair one of the most significant energy facilities in the city of Lipetsk - the 110 kV substation “GPP-2”. The work is carried out as part of the preparation of the electric grid complex of the region for the autumn-winter period. In particular, the power engineers will repair the key electrical equipment of the substation - a power transformer with a capacity of 63 MVA.
The completion of the repair work is scheduled for late August. As a result, the reliability of energy supply will be provided to 22 thousand residents of the regional centre, a number of socially significant and large industrial enterprises, including the Lipetsk crawler tractor plant, which produces equipment for armed forces of Russia and other countries, as well as facilities of the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant, one of the three largest metallurgical enterprises of the country.
