In the first half of the year over 21 thousand consumers applied for services of “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo”


The branch “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo” summed up the results of work with consumers for 6 months of the current year. During the reporting period, the branch received 21,673 requests from residents of the Kursk region.

The main part of them - 16,137 was sent in absentia (through the company’s call-centre, Internet reception, mail, client’s personal account and the Unified portal of electric grid services), the remaining 5,536 were delivered in person through the branch’s customer service offices until they switched to the remote operation mode due to coronavirus.

More than 2,800 requests were related to issues of grid connection. Over 2,760 applications were submitted for provision of value-added services, including 1,424 requests for replacement of metering devices.

The results of the first half of the year showed an increase in demand for the service “Performance of work related to the competence of the client in the implementation of grid connection” (“Grid connection support”). As part of its implementation, customers receive the whole range of work on a “turn-key” basis - from documenting to actually connecting facilities to the branch’s electric grids, while saving time and money. Since the beginning of this year, about 400 contracts for the provision of this service have been concluded.

Due to the unfavourable epidemiological situation because of the outbreak of coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation, in order to prevent its spread, protect human health, the client services of Kurskenergo have been transferred to the online format since the end of March this year. At the same time, the branch’s specialists provide all client services on time.
