Kostromaenergo’s volunteers assisted a veteran of the enterprise

Volunteers of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” and specialists of the Kostromsky Distribution Zone replaced a meter for the enterprise’s veteran. The event was held as part of the “League of Good” volunteer movement “We are Together”.

Nina G. Mednova, a veteran of Kostromaenergo, referred to volunteers for help. She said that unnecessarily large bills came for the use of electricity in her country house in the village of Seltso in the Kostromsky district, given that she rarely appears there. The volunteers contacted the specialists of the Kostromsky Distribution Zone, and with them and the veteran immediately left for the specified address. They carried out all the necessary diagnostics: they examined the metering device, lead-in of the house, made a list of the necessary materials for the work. As the experts explained by the results of the check, the inter-calibration interval had expired at the meter, and the meter could not be used in commercial calculations. In a short time, the experts replaced the metering device and transferred it to the outer wall of the house, mounted the metering cabinet, made a route to it and led it into the house again. According to the deputy head of the Kostromsky Distribution Zone for sale of services, Sergey Klimov, all the work was done efficiently and promptly, and now the veteran of Kostromaenergo will pay for electricity according to the meter, and not according to the standard.
