The branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” completed work on painting the metal pole of the 110 kV line into a tricolour on Profsoyuznaya Street in Kostroma.
All work was carried out by specialists of the Kostroma power line section using climbing equipment. In the near future, the power engineers will paint another 2 poles of 110 kV high-voltage power lines with a height of 60 metres each, located at the crossing of the Kostromka River. The poles will be painted in white and blue in accordance with the corporate standard.
The project to increase the aesthetic attractiveness of energy facilities located in cities and district centres of the region is being implemented as part of instructions of General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.
Last year, Kostromaenergo’s specialists painted 3 poles. By the end of this year, the power engineers will have to bring 7 more poles at entrances to Kostroma in accordance with the corporate standard.
According to the specialists of the Kostromaenergo branch, the poles acquire a festive well-groomed appearance, fit into the urban landscape and delight residents of the region with their appearance.
