The branch “Rosseti Centre Lipetskenergo” is among winners of the regional public competition “Collective agreement, production efficiency is the basis for protecting the social and labour rights of citizens”, which is conducted by the labour and employment department of the Lipetsk region. The enterprise took the 3rd place in the nomination “The best collective agreement in organizations of the production sector” and according to the terms of the competition, it entered the book “Labour Glory of the Lipetsk Region”.
The regional competition of collective agreements has been held in the Lipetsk region since 2001. Its purpose is to draw public attention to the importance of social programs in the life of the enterprise; identification of organizations that achieve high efficiency in personnel management; demonstration, study and dissemination of successful experience in social development and forms of social partnership. Over 50 organizations and enterprises take part in it annually. The selection of the best collective agreements is carried out by the competitive commission according to such criteria as wages and social benefits, protection and working conditions, employment of employees, implementation of social programs.
Lipetskenergo participated in the competition for the fifth time and invariably achieved a good result: three times became a winner, twice a prize-winner. All these victories testify to the success of the enterprise’s social policy.
“Fulfillment of obligations under the collective agreement is an important area of Lipetskenergo’s social policy, as it allows creating comfortable working conditions for the staff, ensuring stability and confidence in the future,” stressed Ekaterina Mushnikova, the head of the human resources department of the branch.
