Belgorodenergo entered the Regional Alley of Labour Glory

“Rosseti Centre Belgorodenergo” entered the Regional Alley of Labour Glory as an enterprise that has achieved the highest levels in the production and social spheres of activity. The corresponding decree was signed by the Governor of the Belgorod region Yevgeny Savchenko.

Belgorodenergo employs about four thousand people. The branch, together with the trade union organization, provides its employees with decent and safe working conditions and a wide system of social support measures. The personnel policy of the enterprise is aimed at the social security of workers, professional development, and improving occupational safety. The management retains such forms of social support as voluntary medical insurance, accident and illness insurance, payment of benefits and material assistance for the purchase of medicines, and payment of expensive operations.

Valery Nelasov, the leading engineer of the service for operation of dispatching and technological management and information technologies, was noted in the list of leading workers. He was among the laureates of the XX All-Russian contest “Engineer of the Year 2019” and was awarded the honorary title “Professional Engineer of Russia”.

Valery Nelasov has been working in the Belgorod power system since 2005. He participated in the commissioning of an automated control system at the Luch gas turbine CHPP, accompanied the project for the introduction of an automated control system for a gas turbine at the Belgorod TPP. He has rich experience in implementing and operating various systems of dispatching-technological and automated control: MTK-40, ECOM-TM, ARIS MT-200, Mikronika, TDM. With his direct participation in the branch, a number of projects on the use of modern operational-technological control systems were implemented, in particular, the automated execution of typical switching forms at 110 kV substations, a network of weather stations and ice stations, an automated transformer diagnostic system.
