Specialists of the branch “Rosseti Centre Yarenergo” conducted an analysis of the reliability of power supply circuits, checked the technical condition of equipment and emergency control equipment, the presence of an emergency stock of materials, and the availability of backup sources of the power supply system. In order to reduce risks of disconnecting consumers, all types of work on the existing equipment of electric grid facilities were suspended. Only emergency repairs will be carried out.
Special attention is paid to the issue of uninterrupted power supply to the most important infrastructure and social institutions in the region. The power supply of such organizations, including 70 medical facilities that require uninterrupted power, 21 facilities for provision of state and municipal services, 240 facilities for providing the population with mobile communications and Internet access, 20 online service centres and call centers - is under special control.
By the Order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, a non-working week was announced from 30 March to prevent the spread of viral infection in the country. Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of PJSC Rosseti, in his address to the company’s team, emphasized that for Rosseti’s group the health of employees, their relatives and friends was always and remains a priority. Health monitoring of employees, who remain on duty to ensure reliable power supply to the regions, is now strengthened.
