By the decision of the Headquarters of Rosseti Centre from 11 am on 3 April 2020, the branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo” has introduced a high alert mode of operation in connection with the forecast adverse weather conditions in the Smolensk region (wind of 9-11 m/s with gusts up to 21 m/s).
On behalf of Pavel Livinskiy, Director General of Rosseti’s Group of Companies, during the non-working days, special attention is paid to uninterrupted power supply. The control over the functioning of equipment and the operability of power facilities of the branch has been strengthened. Crews equipped with necessary tools, devices, work clothes are ready for prompt response around the clock. Smolenskenergo also has specialized vehicles and backup power sources that can be used to supply electricity.
