Specialists of the branch “Rosseti Centre Yarenergo” installed a new transformer substation in the Dzerzhinsky district of the city of Yaroslavl. The power facility provided the opportunity for connection to the existing electric grids of a new large facility - a residential building.
The transformer substation is equipped with two transformers of 1,000 kVA each. The capacity of the power installations of the 22-story new building on Elena Kolesova Street is 669 kW. The house, which is scheduled for completion this year, has 340 apartments, an underground parking, and social infrastructure on the ground floor. To bring electricity directly to the residential complex, the power engineers constructed 700 metres of cable power lines.
The installed substation will also create a reserve of capacity for grid connection of consumers in the Dzerzhinsky district and will provide high-quality power supply to new consumers.
