Smolensk power engineers talked about ideal communication with customers


The head of the customer service department of the branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo” Vladimir Panfilov took part in a seminar with small and medium-sized businesses “Ideal communication with a client” organized by the Smolensk Region Entrepreneurship Support Centre. The presentation by the power engineer was dedicated to the practice of using remote services: a personal account and the portal of electric grid services Portal-tp.rf.

“The development of interactive services at Rosseti Centre is gaining momentum every year. In 2019, 17,274 people contacted remotely through the Internet reception, My Account, online consultation, e-mail, which is 13.8% more than in the previous year,” stressed Vladimir Panfilov. For the first two months of this year, 2,506 people have already used Smolenskenergo’s interactive services.
