The branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” summed up the implementation of the investment program for 2019. The volume of capital investments in the program amounted to 805 million rubles. 427 million rubles were allocated for the technical re-equipment and reconstruction of energy facilities, and 378 million rubles for the construction of new facilities. Including 381 million rubles allocated for the construction of grid infrastructure as part of new connections.
The total capacity of energy facilities reconstructed and constructed as part of the investment program in 2019 amounted to 20 MVA. 287 km of power lines were commissioned, including 275 km as part of the implementation of grid connection projects.
The priority area of the branch’s investment program is the implementation of digital transformation measures, in particular, the reconstruction in 2019 of the digital Grid Control Centre (GCC), from where the status of the region’s electric grid facilities is monitored online, the work of on-site mobile and repair crews is coordinated, and the quality parameters of electricity are analyzed. More than 11 million rubles were allocated to create the facility.
In addition, at the end of 2019, the digital City Control Centre was created in the branch, from where the online operation of 0.4-10 kV electric grids in the city of Kostroma and the Kostromsky district is carried out. The volume of capital investments in this project amounted to 41.95 million rubles. And also the first in the perimeter of Rosseti Centre Security Management Centre of Kostromaenergo. Here, on-line video is transmitted around the clock from energy facilities of the region. The system of intelligent video surveillance allows for 24-hour operational monitoring of power grid facilities with a voltage class of 35-110 kV, and also helps address cybersecurity issues in protecting important segments of the branch’s distributed automation control. The investment volume amounted to about 9 million rubles.
In 2020, the volume of capital investments in the implementation of the investment program of Kostromaenergo will be about 1.054 billion rubles.
