Vyacheslav Antonov, Acting Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo”, held an extended meeting with deputy directors of the branch for directions, heads and chief engineers of Distribution Zones, deputy heads of Distribution Zones for development and sale of services, heads of departments and services. During the meeting, the results of production activities in 2019 were summarized and priority tasks of the current period were set.
Voronezhenergo’s specialists fully complied with all the planned measures for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment. Over 684 km of power lines of 10-0.4 kV, as well as 408 transformer substations of 10-0.4 kV, were repaired.
According to the results of 2019, the number of outages of 6-10 kV lines decreased by 7% compared to the same period in 2018, of 0.4 kV lines - by 13.4%, the number of outages of 10-0.4 kV transformer substations was reduced by 20%.
According to the results of the measures taken, Voronezhenergo became one of the three leaders in the overall rating of Distribution Zones of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region for 12 months of 2019, taking the second place among 20 branches of the companies. And the Novousmansky Distribution Zone took the fifth place among 481 Distribution Zones of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region and entered the top ten Distribution Zones in December and in 2019 as a whole.
In 2020, the power engineers will have to repair over 430 transformer substations of 10-0.4 kV and almost 2,000 kilometres of overhead power lines of various voltage levels. Overhaul of power lines is planned for more than 70 lines of 35-110 kV. The power engineers will perform the largest amount of work on the 110 kV cable-overhead line “CHPP-1 - DSK No. 5”, as well as on the 110 kV overhead lines “Novovoronezh NPP - Bobrov”, “110 kV Bobrov-Buturlinovka-2 No. 1 and No. 2”, “110 kV Voronezh-Kirovskaya No. 45 and No. 46”.
Equipment repair is also planned at 60 substations of 35 and 110 kV. In particular, Voronezhenergo’s specialists will repair equipment at 110 kV substations No. 21 “Vostochnaya”, No. 16 “Yugo-Zapadnaya”, No. 28 “Teplichnaya” and No. 32 in the city of Voronezh, which will ensure reliable and high-quality power supply to industrial and socially significant consumers of the regional centre.
Much attention will continue to be paid to clearing routes of power lines from trees and shrubs, which is carried out in order to prevent occurrence of emergency situations. This year, Voronezhenergo’s specialists will have to clear more than 1,450 hectares of routes of power lines.
Summing up the meeting, Vyacheslav Antonov, Acting Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo”, urged this year to conduct the most efficient work aimed at improving production indicators, reducing the number of outages, decreasing the time to eliminate technological violations, improving the quality and reliability of energy supply to consumers. Particular attention, he said, will be still given to the implementation of the digital transformation program.
“We will continue active work on the installation of high-tech equipment in our pilot digital Distribution Zones - Novousmansky, Khokholsky, Ramonsky and Semiluksky. Our task is to bring them to the leaders of Rosseti Centre’s rating according to the results of 2020,” Vyacheslav Antonov emphasized.
