The “Grid connection support” service is offered to applicants who have concluded a contract for connection to Rosseti Centre’s electricity grids in the Smolensk region. Compared to 2018, revenue from the “Grid connection support” service increased by 3.5% and amounted to 14.63 million rubles. This service is most demanded in the Velizhsky, Dukhovschinsky, Yelninsky, Rudnyansky, Temkinsky, Ugransky and Shumyachsky districts of the Smolensk region. More than 50% of applicants who submitted applications for grid connection in these districts concluded an agreement on “Grid connection support” with the branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo”.
To connect to electric grids in accordance with the technical conditions (an appendix to the grid connection agreement), a number of technical measures are required: development of project documentation, installation of an electric energy meter, equipping the metering station with protection against short circuit and overload of the electric grid, measuring tests.
Within the framework of the standard contract for grid connection, the branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo” carries out the whole range of measures for construction of a power line to the border of the applicant’s land plot, after which the applicant must carry out the measures provided for by the grid connection agreement for his part, independently purchase and install the switchboard and metering devices, local switches, grounding devices and other equipment.

The branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo” offers a comprehensive service under grid connection agreements up to 15 kV, including the cost of material and turnkey work. In addition, you can use the comprehensive service using the applicant’s materials. In this case, the cost of the service for both 1 phase (220 V) and 3 phase (380 V) grid connections will be 8,500 rubles.
