Voronezhenergo’s specialists restored power supply to the main part of disconnected consumers

25.02.2020

The main part of technological violations in the electric grid complex of the Voronezh region has been eliminated, the power supply to all socially significant facilities has been restored in full; the number of disconnected consumers has been reduced by 10 times. Most of the outages occurred in the Anninsky and Liskinsky districts.

Currently, work is underway at the request of consumers in 0.4 kV grids. 71 crews and over 280 specialists are currently working on eliminating the effects of the bad weather. 50 vehicles, including off-road, are involved in the emergency recovery operations.

Disaster recovery work will be carried out until the full restoration of energy supply to consumers.

Voronezhenergo’s specialists remind of the need to strictly comply with safety regulations near electrical installations and power lines. It is strictly forbidden to approach ragged wires of power lines closer than 8 metres, to conduct independent work to restore power supply.

Upon detection of a fallen power line pole, a broken or sagging wire:

  • Do not approach either the pole or the wire.
  • Immediately report the incident to the direct telephone line of power engineers of Rosseti Centre at 8-800-50-50-115, describe the problem to the dispatcher, indicate the address where you found the fallen pole or dangling wire, and your contact phone number. Rosseti Centre’s contact centre receives round-the-clock calls from citizens regarding electricity supply via the single direct toll-free number of power engineers at 8-800-50-50-115 or short number 13-50 (for landline phones), as well as by phone +7 (915) 38-000-38 on WhatsApp and Viber.
  • If you have the opportunity, do not leave the scene of the incident, do not allow passers-by to the place where the pole fell or the wire was broken. Wait for a crew of power engineers to arrive.
