The branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” summed up the implementation of the 2019 repair program. Last year, power engineers of the Kostromaenergo branch repaired 607 transformer substations of 0.4-10 kV. 275.8 kilometres of 0.4-10 kV and 35-110 kV power lines were overhauled. More than 202 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
The largest and most significant facilities of the repair program of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” were the 110/35/10 kV Vostochnaya-2 substation, 35/10 kV Galichskaya PTF substation, 110/35/10 kV Kadyi substation, 35/6 kV Tsentralnaya substation (Sharya city). The comprehensive repair work carried out here made it possible to ensure the reliability of power supply to more than 32 thousand residents, as well as large industrial and agricultural enterprises of the Kadyisky, Galichsky municipal districts, as well as urban districts of the city of Kostroma and Sharya.
To prevent disconnections of overhead lines due to their overlapping overgrowth and trees falling onto wires, Kostromaenergo’s specialists cleared more than 1,788 hectares of routes of 0.4-110 kV power lines, which is 96 hectares more than a year earlier.
“The implementation of the repair program is one of the key measures to ensure the quality work of the electric grid complex. The timely implementation of the repair program allowed, following the results of last year, to reduce the number of technological violations by 37% and decrease the time to eliminate them in electric grids of 0.4-110 kV by 58%,” stressed Alexander Chutkov, Acting First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of the Kostromaenergo branch.
