Kostromaenergo increases the level of training of employees of the HR department

The branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” completed training for employees under the program “Skills for effective personnel management in the energy sector”. 15 employees of the HR department improved their professional level.

The classes were conducted by specialists of the Kostroma regional organization of the All-Russian Electro-Trade Union, teachers of the Power Engineering College named after Chizhov and business trainers. During the learning, conducted in the form of training, they practiced with its participants the skills of public speaking and managing resources and time, making managerial decisions and effectively negotiating to attract potential applicants.

In addition, the topics of the introduction of electronic workbooks from 1 January 2020 were highlighted in the classes. The specialists introduced the employees to the procedure and rules for switching to digital workbooks, and also talked about the application of professional standards in their work, in particular, when deciding on selection of candidates for a position.

Based on the results of the training, all the employees received training certificates.
