Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A ceremonial meeting dedicated to the Power Engineers’ Day was held at the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”, in which Governor of the Kostroma Region Sergey Sitnikov, Chairman of the Kostroma Regional Duma Alexey Anokhin, representatives of the regional and city administrations, the management and employees of the branch, as well as veterans of the Kostroma energy system, took part.
The event was opened by the head of the region Sergey Sitnikov. He congratulated Kostromaenergo’s team on their professional holiday and expressed gratitude for the work for the benefit of residents of the Kostroma region.
Dmitry Prokhorov, Deputy General Director - Director of the Kostromaenergo branch, congratulated colleagues on the Power Engineers’ Day, summed up the results of the branch’s work in the past year, and thanked the staff for their diligent work and professionalism.
Deputy Governor of the Region, Director of the Department of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities and Fuel and Energy Complex of the Kostroma Region Andrey Dmitriev, Chairman of the Kostroma Regional Duma Alexey Anokhin, Rector of the Kostroma Agricultural Academy Sergey Zudin, Rector of the Kostroma State University Alexander Naumov and Director of the Kostroma Energy College named after V.F. Chizhov Tatyana Andrianova greeted and congratulated the energy specialists of the Kostroma branch of Rosseti Centre.
Kostromaenergo’s veteran Valery Poliynin said parting words to the power engineers. “It is gratifying that you, dear colleagues, honour and continue the traditions laid down by your predecessors many decades ago. Your diligence, serious attitude to the matter, desire and ability to preserve and increase what your mentors created is an important condition for the further development of the energy complex of the Kostroma region,” Valery Poliynin emphasized.
Also, according to tradition, the awarding ceremony of the best employees of 2019 was held at the solemn meeting - they were awarded with Certificates of Appreciation and Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Energy, Rosseti’s Group of Companies and IDGC of Centre, administrations of the region and the city of Kostroma. In total, 90 employees of Kostromaenergo were awarded at various levels.
The solemn meeting ended with a festive concert of creative teams of the city of Kostroma and Kostromaenergo.
Festive events on the occasion of the Power Engineers’ Day were held in all Distribution Zones of Kostromaenergo.
