The branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo” became a prize-winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Responsibility”. The expert council praised the work of Voronezhenergo in the field of social policy, handing the company a diploma in the nomination “For the development of social partnership in organizations in the manufacturing sector”.
Today, about 3.4 thousand people work at Voronezhenergo. The social policy of the enterprise is implemented in accordance with the Bargaining Agreement of Rosseti Centre, which regulates social and labour relations, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the parties to social partnership, payment standards and other working conditions, social guarantees and benefits for employees. The interests of the employees of the branch are represented by the trade union organization Voronezhenergo, which is part of the unified primary trade union organization of Rosseti Centre.
To ensure social stability, the company practices various forms of social support - payment of benefits and material assistance, compensation for rental costs for young and highly qualified specialists, compensation for part of the cost of paying interest on a mortgage loan, voluntary medical insurance, accident and illness insurance. The voluntary medical insurance contract covers 100% of the branch’s staff - all insured employees have the opportunity to receive a wide range of medical services free of charge, including various types of medical examinations, outpatient services, and inpatient treatment.
Voronezhenergo pays great attention to working with young personnel. The Youth Council was created and actively functions, which constantly holds events of cultural, mass, sports, information and social focus.
The branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo” takes on a share of social responsibility for the well-being of not only its staff, but also non-working retired power engineers. To preserve the continuity of generations in December 2009 the Veterans’ Council was created in Voronezhenergo. It is a link between pensioners and the branch’s management, it actively participates in the organization of joint events aimed at popularizing the profession of power engineers, and also helps provide necessary assistance to pensioners - former Voronezhenergo’s employees who need this or that.
The All-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” has been held annually since 2000 under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation with the participation of federal and regional executive bodies, All-Russian associations of employers and trade unions. As the organizers note, this competition is an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, achievements in working with staff, improving working conditions and labour protection, developing social partnerships, and also promoting a healthy lifestyle. The branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo” takes part in the contest annually, invariably taking prizes.
