For 10 months of the current year, 3,650 customers of the Yaroslavl region applied for the grid connection support. When ordering this service, the grid company carries out all activities related to the obligations of the customer, and the client receives the “turnkey” service - from documentation to the actual connection of the facility to the power grid. Another popular service among Yaroslavl residents is the installation and replacement of metering devices; 3,157 clients used it. The work performed by Yarenergo’s qualified personnel ensures high reliability of the power supply of the facility. Installed metering devices comply with all requirements of the legislation, in particular, modern meters with accuracy class not lower than 2.0 are installed for household customers. After installing metering devices, specialists check their correct operation and seal them.
This year, the branch “Rosseti Centre Yarenergo” provided technical resources to 939 customers. The service of the same name includes the provision of facilities belonging to the company for sharing with the client’s equipment, for example, suspension of communication lines on power line poles. Power engineers remind that unauthorized mounting of any structures on power line poles is illegal. According to the legislation, in particular, Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 160 dated 24 February 2009, all work in the security zone of power lines should be carried out on the basis of a project for work performance developed and agreed with the grid company and No. 1284 (paragraph 19) dated 29 November 2019 that access to infrastructure is provided on the basis of an agreement.
The fleet of specialized vehicles and trained personnel allows Yarenergo to provide services for maintenance and development of lighting systems for streets, roads, public areas. The specialists of Rosseti Centre can carry out survey and installation work, prepare projects for construction or modernization of outdoor lighting networks with selection of the most optimal technical parameters. In 2019, the branch received more than 200 requests for setup of outdoor lighting systems.
In addition, Yarenergo’s specialists carry out design and construction of energy facilities, operation and maintenance, repair of electric grids and electrical equipment, both scheduled and emergency recovery operations, works on testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment. The availability of our own mobile electric laboratories allows us to perform high-quality diagnostics of electrical equipment, personal protective equipment, and to locate fault in cable lines.
