Kurskenergo repaired more than 1,792 kilometres of power lines for 9 months of 2019

The implementation of the repair program of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo” is one of the main activities aimed at improving the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers in the region, and to a large extent contributes to the uninterrupted and stable operation of the electric grid complex of the Kursk region during the heating period.

Over three quarters of the current year, Kurskenergo’s personnel repaired more than 1,792 km of 0.4-110 kV overhead lines. 13,842 insulators, 295 km of wires and 2,778 poles were replaced on the overhead lines. 858.5 hectares of routes were cleared within the boundaries of protection zones of power lines from trees and shrubs. Overhead lines of 35-110 kV were overhauled in seventeen districts of the Kursk region, including the 110 kV lines “Seymskaya - Konorevo”, “Kastornoye - Neftyanaya No. 1,2,”, as well as the 35 kV overhead lines “Gakhovo - Dolzhenkovo”, “Zolotukhino - Fentisovo”, “Razvetye - Mikhaylovka”, “Sadovaya - Prigorodnaya”, “Fatezh - Linets”.

According to the results of nine months of 2019, equipment was repaired at 24 substations of 35-110 kV in the branch. The large and significant facilities among them are the substation 110/35/10 “Glushkovo”, 110/10 “Paniki”, 110/10 “STK”, 110/10 “Ivnitsa”, which provide electricity to socially significant facilities of Glushkovsky, Medvensky, Zheleznogorsky, Sudzhansky districts of the Kursk region. 188 circuit breakers of 6 (10) - 110 kV, 145 isolators, short-circuit breakers, 35-110 kV disconnectors were repaired, 111 core-rod insulators were replaced at 35-110 kV substations. The number of repaired transformer substations of 6-10/0.4 kV amounted to 319 pieces.

For 9 months of 2019, Kurskenergo spent over 176 million rubles on the implementation of the repair program.
